Our mission is to empower and uplift communities facing challenges in education and career development by providing culturally responsive support. We focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAAM), offering tailored educational resources, opportunities, mentorship, and guidance. Through a network of community-wide connections, we aim to foster growth, build confidence, and create equitable access to educational pathways that lead to successful and fulfilling careers.

Youth & Family Support
ILRC Youth & Family STEAAM Support Programs
The Infinite Learning & Resource Center (ILRC) is dedicated to empowering middle and high school youth—and their families—through hands-on STEAAM learning, mentorship, and career exploration. Our programs include:
- STEAAM Exposure & Mentorship – Meet and learn from professionals in Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, Arts, and Mathematics.
- Hands-On Science Projects – Participate in engaging activities that spark curiosity and build real-world skills.
- Academic Advising & STEM Education Planning – Guidance for students and families on course selection, college pathways, and career opportunities in STEAAM.
- Program Referrals – Connect with local STEAAM programs, internships, and enrichment opportunities.
- Family & Parent Engagement – Rights-based informational sessions to help parents advocate for their children’s education and success.
ILRC works to ensure that students and parents are supported at every step—from school to college to career—building confidence, access, and belonging in STEAAM fields.

At Infinite Learning & Resource Center, we are committed to creating equitable access to Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAAM) through culturally relevant, community-based programming. Our work emphasizes both exposure and engagement by offering:
- Ciencia Y Cena – Bilingual, family-centered evenings with STEAAM speakers, hands-on projects, and community meals.
- Sembradores – Culturally rooted programs that connect agriculture and science, blending tradition with innovation.
- Exploradores – Youth-focused opportunities to explore STEAAM fields through interactive, hands-on learning.
- Somos Científicos – A research-based program where youth present science projects and build research skills alongside college and university students.
- Latinx in STEAAM Social Media Campaign – Showcasing Latinx professionals in STEAAM careers to inspire and mentor the next generation.
Through these initiatives, ILRC provides mentorship, academic and career guidance, internships, curriculum-based projects, and connections to educational and community resources.
